5th Annual IAPT Conference – Call for Abstracts
The International Association for Philosophy of Time (IAPT) is pleased to announce its 5th annual conference, to be held in Seoul, South Korea, from 18–20 June 2018 (arrival Sunday June 17th, departure Thursday June 21st).

Registration is now open; please register on iapt5seoul.weebly.com by March 1st, 2018. The registration fee, covering all conference meals (lunches, coffee breaks, dinners) is 120,000 KRW (110 USD). Conference funding permitting, graduate students and non-tenure-track, contingent, or retired faculty will be eligible to have their registration fee waived.
More information on the conference venue, recommended accommodation and planned sightseeing breaks, will appear on the website in due course.
If you’d like to give a talk, please send an abstract of 150-200 words (paper reading time no more than 20 minutes) to Natalja Deng (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Jan 26th, 2018. Submissions on any topic in the philosophy of time are welcome. Only one abstract per person is permitted. Please include name, institutional affiliation, and preferred email address on the abstract, and indicate if you are eligible for a fee waiver, as described above.
Please note that a handful of travel bursaries of up to $800 have become available and will be awarded to some of the graduate students or non-tenure track faculty whose abstracts are accepted. Please state on your abstract if you wish to be considered for this, and whether you have any institutional funding available.

Philosophy of Time Society at the Pacific APA
The Philosophy of Time Society requests submissions of high quality abstracts of between 150 and 300 words for its group meeting at the Pacific APA in San Diego, CA, March 28 – April 1, 2018. Abstracts should be sent by email attachment to email@example.com on or before Sept 30, 2017. Paper presentation time should be no more than 20-30 minutes.
4th Annual IAPT Conference – First Call for Papers
The International Association for the Philosophy of Time (IAPT) is formed by the Philosophy of Time Society, the Centre for Time (Milan), and the Centre for Philosophy of Time (Sydney).
The IAPT invites submissions of high quality papers for the 4th annual IAPT conference, to be held from 12th–14th June 2017, at the Palazzo Feltrinelli, Gargnano, Lake Garda, Italy.
The IAPT conference will involve five themed sessions with invited keynote speakers and several open sessions. The themed sessions (with keynotes) are as follows:
The Logic and Language of Time — Patrick Blackburn (Roskilde)

Temporal Experience — Jenann Ismael (Arizona)

Papers (suitable for a 25-30 minute presentation, and no longer than 5,000 words) should be submitted via EasyChair by 31st December 2016:
Submissions on any topic in the philosophy of time are welcomed. All papers must be prepared for blind review and include a short abstract. Early career scholars, e.g. graduate students, postdocs, pre-tenure faculty (etc.), are eligible for a prize bursary — participants awarded a prize will be entitled to reimbursement for conference expenses up to the value of $500.
NB. The conference fee is €230, which includes three nights lodging in the Palazzo (from Sunday 11th to Wednesday 14th June) and all meals. Since the Palazzo has limited space, for those who cannot be lodged in the University facilities the fee is €120, which includes all meals (served in the Palazzo).
